To use CU@Home, you’ll need an online banking ID and temporary password. The easiest way to receive yours is to call us during business hours at 800.866.6474, and we’ll instantly issue them to you. Outside of business hours, you can send us an email with a phone number where we can contact you the following business day, and we’ll call you with your ID and temporary password. (To ensure account security, we aren’t able to email IDs or passwords.)
You’ll be required to change the temporary password the first time you log in. Your password must contain both alpha (abc...) and numeric (123...) characters. The password length must be between 6-10 characters and must NOT contain your account number or equal your account number.
